We currently offer shipping to 22 countries worldwide. We carefully partner with trusted international freight forwarders and logistics providers to deliver your order safely to your door.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, we normally process and prepare your order within 1–3 business days.This does not include weekends or public holidays in China. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to ship your order as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Time
After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery time is generally:7 to 25 business daysdepending on your location, local customs efficiency, and postal service conditions.
Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Occasional delays may happen due to customs inspections, weather conditions, high holiday volume, or other events beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs & Customs Duties
For your convenience, all shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the product price.There are no hidden charges or unexpected fees upon delivery — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with reliable third-party freight forwarders and international carriers to handle global delivery. Once your package is shipped, it will be managed by our selected logistics partner to ensure secure and smooth delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.
7. Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will help resolve the issue, but additional reshipping fees may apply.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will notify you promptly. We can then help arrange reshipment or a refund (minus any actual shipping costs incurred) based on your preference.
9. Issues with Delivery
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with your local postal service, neighbors, or building management.If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
