📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

🌿 Non-returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our bamboo products, the following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

🔁 Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
