We offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in good condition, free of damage, stains or scratches.Simple unboxing for inspection is allowed.We ask that items be returned with their original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@zcbamboo.com.Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return your package.Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized bamboo products cannot be returned.We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.Items must be unused and in good condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
